  • Purchase Order Procedure
  • 1. Select the product you want to order. Specify the quantity you want to order and press the "Add to Cart" button.
  • 2. When you want to purchase, click on "View Cart".
  • 3.Review or edit the item and quantity you want to purchase again and click "Proceed Payment".
  • 4.Select your preferred payment method. Check the amount to be paid and click “Pay” to proceed to the payment process. After completing the payment process, you will receive a confirmation of your order via e-Mail.
  • 5. If you are already a member of LIKE OFFICE, please log in to our website for more convenience while purchasing the order. Or for new members, you can apply for membership before proceeding the
  • payment. To receive special promotions from LIKE OFFICE. Then fill in your contact information, which consists of name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, tax invoice address, shipping address and click "Proceed Payment".
  • 1) Bank Transfer

    You can transfer the cost of products to LIKE OFFICE bank account directly through the ATM or online payment via mobile banking application. To the bank account details of Like Office and Lifestyle Co., Ltd. as follow.

    2) Credit Terms

    Credit Terms for a maximum of 30 days as specified by Like Office and Lifestyle Co.,Ltd.

    We accept exchanges or returns within 30 days from the date specified on your invoice. The following terms and conditions apply accordingly.


  • The product must be in sellable condition, which means, no changes or damage is present, and the product is still in the original packaging it was when received.
  • For customers in Bangkok Metropolitan Region (Bangkok, Samutprakarn, Nonthaburi, and Pathum Thani), your exchange or return will be processed within 5 business days with free cost of delivery.
  • For customers in other provinces
  • In the case that the product is damaged on delivery, please return the product via our appointed logistic company. We will take care of your return shipping costs and send you a replacement.
  • In the case that you would like to exchange a product for another reason, you will be responsible for your return shipping costs, but we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.
  • Products in the categories of Electrical Appliances, Office Supplies, IT products, in case of manufacturing defects, will be handled in accordance to the manufacturer’s policy and warranty only.
  • Product in the categories of Special Order, Custom-made, or Computer Softwares, will be sold as is and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstance.
  • We reserve the right to not accept any exchanges or returns of ink cartridges unless they are in sellable condition.
  • We reserve the right in our sole discretion to determine whether a product can be exchanged or returned.

  • Refund Policy After we receive the returned goods, and they are under condition of the Exchange/ Return Policy, the refund will be processed.

    • For payment made by; Cash (Bank Transfer/ Cash on Delivery) Refund will take around 5 business days to be credited to your account.
    • Debit Card Refund will take around 15-45 business days to be credited to your account, upon bank policy.
    Credit Card Refund will take around 10-15 business days to be credited to your account (shown on your next billed statement), upon bank policy.
    1. Delivery Fee

    • Free delivery for minimum purchase 789 baht with terms and conditions apply.
    • In the case that your order is under 789 baht,
    • we reserve the right to charge 90-baht fee for delivering product to Bangkok Metropolitan Region (Bangkok, Samutprakarn, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani)
    • 150-baht fee for delivering product to other provinces
    • For large product that sizes (Width+ Length + Height) over 120 CM. or heavy products weight over 25 KGs. per one shipping package, additional delivery cost will be charged. You can ask our call center for more information before placing order. Or if you already made an order, and we found that extra cost is required to be collected, our call center will contact you to reconfirm your purchase before shipping.
    • Delivery to remote area and island, there will be a charge of 200 baht/ packaging, and we delivery parcel weight not over 20 KGs. per one shipping package.

    1. 2) Shipping Process and Duration

    • You will receive your order within 1-3 Business Day for Bangkok Metropolitan Region (Bangkok, Samutprakarn, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani)
    • Within 3-5 business days for other provinces.
    • Within 5-7 business days for remote area.

    - The above shipping duration are under the condition that goods status is ready to be shipped, and the order is confirmed within Monday-Friday 12.00.
    For order confirmation after 12.00 will be taken to the next shipping day.

    - Remark: LIKE OFFICE Delivery Hour: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 18:00. (Close on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday)

    For those customers who would like to apply for the credit terms with LIKE OFFICE. Please download the application form by "Click here" and submit your request to sales@likeoffice.co.th, along with other documents as follows:

    1. 1. Copy of company certificate (not more than 6 months)
    2. 2. Copy of VAT registration certificate (Por Por 20)
    3. 3. A map of the delivery location (if any)
    4. 4. Payment regulations (if any) )
