Exchange and Return Policy
We accept exchanges or returns within 30 days from the date specified on your invoice. The following terms and conditions apply accordingly.
- The product must be in sellable condition, which means, no changes or damage is present and the product is still in the original packaging it was when received.
- For customers in Bangkok Metropolitan Region (Bangkok, Samutprakarn, Nonthaburi, and Pathumthani), your exchange or return will be processed within 5 business days with free cost of delivery.
- For customers in other provinces
- In the case that the product is damaged on delivery, please return the product via our appointed logistic company. We will take care of your return shipping costs and send you a replacement.
- In the case that you would like to exchange a product for another reason, you will be responsible for your return shipping costs, but we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.
- Products in the categories of Electrical Appliances, Office Supplies, IT products, in case of manufacturing defects, will be handled in accordance to the manufacturer's policy and warranty only.
- Product in the categories of Special Order, Custom-made, or Computer Softwares, will be sold as is and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstance.
- We reserve the right to not accept any exchanges or returns of ink cartridges unless they are in sellable condition.
- We reserve the right in our sole discretion to determine whether a product can be exchanged or returned.
After we receive the returned goods, and they are under condition of the Exchange/ Return Policy, the refund will be processed.
For payment made by;
Cash (Bank Transfer/ Cash on Delivery)
Refund will take around 5 business days to be credited to your account.
Refund will take around 15-45 business days to be credited to your account, upon bank policy.
Refund will take around 10-15 business days to be credited to your account (shown on your next billed statement), upon bank policy.
